Honeycomb Aerospace is supported by a professional service team. All maintenance and repairs use original parts to ensure efficient and reliable product support. When needed, spare parts will also be provided. Honeycomb Aerospace stands behind every product it sells. However, if a malfunction is caused by separately purchased third-party components, the resulting losses shall be the responsibility of the user.

Technical Services Honeycomb Aerospace is responsible for formulating a detailed training plan for you, including theoretical training and practical training.
Theoretical training is generally conducted at the supplier's location before the product is shipped
Practical training is generally carried out at the location of the user after the product is delivered.
Honeycomb will provide the products with: product technical specifications, product quality instructions, operation and maintenance instructions, packing list and spare parts/accessories list and other documents.
Flight Demonstration Honeycomb Aerospace will provide a limited number of free flight demonstration services with the product delivery.
If other training and flight services are required after the delivery, Honeycomb will also actively cooperate to provide related services according to customer needs.
System Optimization Honeycomb Aerospcae will optimize systems based on customer requirements. We offer customers free software upgrade services, including autopilot software upgrades, ground control station software upgrades, and system hardware upgrades.

Service Policy

Honeycomb Aerospace is committed to providing timely and high-quality after-sales service for every user. This after-sales service policy applies to any product or service you purchase from Honeycomb Aerospace. The products and services sold by Honeycomb Aerospace will be guaranteed free of charge for one year from the date of final acceptance. If you need more years of warranty service, you can also choose to purchase it according to your needs. When a fault occurs, you can fill in the after-sales service application form through the official website of Honeycomb Aerospace (hcuav. com) - product maintenance, or contact the corresponding technical personnel for communication. Honeycomb Aerospace will respond to the failure and give an emergency plan within 24 hours. If necessary, it can provide on-site technical services free of charge within 48 hours, and provide spare aircraft or spare parts free of charge. During the warranty period, if the equipment or system fails, Honeycomb Aerospace will be responsible for investigating the cause of the failure and completing the repair until the acceptance index and performance requirements are met. The after-sales service contents and standards within the warranty period include but are not limited to the following:

Technical Assistance: Honeycomb Aerospace promises to provide you with free technical assistance during the warranty period, which includes product warranty, maintenance, repair and training on product use and maintenance.
The methods of technical assistance should include telephone support, e-mail support, document provision, on-site support and other methods for the purpose of solving actual problems.

Real-time Response: Honeycomb Aerospace promises to provide 24/7 technical support services. Upon receiving a request, we will offer consultation and necessary technical assistance to ensure stable product operation.
When receiving a fault repair request, Honeycomb Aerospace will respond and make arrangements clearly within 2 hours, provide maintenance services within 12 hours, and generate a fault diagnosis report. If customers need on-site service, Honeycomb Aerospace will ensure relevant personnel arrive within 12 hours.

Regular Follow-up: During the warranty period, Honeycomb Aerospace will conduct on-site inspection services at least once every three months to identify and eliminate potential problems or failures in time, ensuring the stable operation of the platform.

Maintenance Guarantee: During the warranty period, if the repair cycle of the faulty product exceeds 15 working days, Honeycomb Aerospace will provide you with a spare product of the same model or similar performance.
If there is a loss due to maintenance service error or product failure, Honeycomb Aerospace will bear the compensation and provide you with a solution.

Spare Parts: During the warranty period, Honeycomb Aerospace will provide spare parts free of charge. These parts meet the requirements of customers' project construction, operation, maintenance, management and upgrade.
In the event of equipment failure or damage, while the failed equipment is not repaired, we will provide you with spare parts in time to ensure the normal operation of the project.

Out-of-warranty Services: Honeycomb Aerospace promises to provide maintenance and other services at the original price for all hardware after the one-year free warranty period, and the response speed is the same as that during the warranty period.
